NASHVILLE, TN (i.e. “music city”) is known for their country music, late night scene, and incredible food/bbq scene.
STAY
There are a number of options via AirBnB when traveling to Nashville. We chose to stay at a great space only a few blocks off of S 12th Street. The location was perfect offering a number of great coffee shops/restaurants/boutiques all within walking distance.
If you prefer to stay in a hotel, we recommend checking out Urban Cowboy Bed and Breakfast “Your Home Away from Home”.

Portland Brew located on 12th Ave S. Coffee & Tea. Go for breakfast bites and coffee.
DINNER + LATE NIGHT HANGS
Taqueria Del Sol located on 12th Ave. S. Tex-Mex, Mexican. Go for beers and tacos
Bartaco located on 12th Ave. S, Mexican Bar. Great food/tacos/drinks + super friendly staff + cute vibes.
Edley’s Bar-B-Que Located on 12th Ave S. BBQ, Southern, Cocktail Bar. Go for some of the best BBQ in town. NOTE: This was recommended by a number of locals
The Public House located in the back of Urban Cowboy serves up great food and craft cocktails. NOTE: They also have a great outdoor patio + firepit which is an added bonus!
Two Ten Jack. izakaya + Ramen House. Located in East Nashville, 1900 Eastland Avenue.

Attaboy. Modern craft cocktails. Go here if you are looking for a great cocktail crafted just for you (literally. they do not have menus). Expect a wait when you get here as they operate on a first come first serve bases, but once you get inside the drinks are worth it. enjoy!

Melrose Billard Parlor. Located at 2600 8th Ave S #108. Go for “laid-back joint offering classic pub grub & cold beer plus pool, ping pong, darts & shuffleboard”.
No. 308. Bar located in East Nashville. Go for late night drinks and then walk next door (Dino’s mentioned below) for a late night snack.
Dino’s. Dive bar located in East Nashville (right next to No. 308 mentioned above). Go for late night/fourth meal and order their classic burger + fries. Open late + recommended by the locals and *the spot to end your night.
DO
Take a walk around S 12th. Explore one of the many coffee shops, taco shops, boutiques, and walk off all the bbq you have most likely have been enjoying during your visit.
Shop at Imogene + Willie’s if you’re looking for some good denim. Located in the heart of 12 South in an old service station.
Shop at Apple & Oak for their interior decor and beautiful rugs. Located at 717 Porter Rd
