chelsii took her first power teacher training 8 years ago, quickly took sculpt teacher training after that, and has since led 15 teacher trainings. though she is trained in power vinyasa and sculpt, she feels most alive when teaching a sculpt class. she sweats and moves to celebrate her body, and believes that you are strong and you are p e r f e c t.
