We chose to stay at the Amado. Not only because of the beautiful setting, amazing mid-century design + vibes, but we also loved that we were able to rent out the entire property. This was perf for our wkend away + allowed for everyone to have their own area, but still party together in the main shared space (pool, large table, bbq, lounge, etc.).

EATS + DRINKS

When planning for a large number of lady babes, make sure to consider everyone's dietary restrictions + preferences. To make things easy, and to accommodate all lady babes, think about options that allow for your party to "build their own" meals (i.e. Toast Bar, Breakfast Tacos, Fruits, Sandwich/Wrap Station, Kabobs, Make Pizzas, etc.)

GIFT INSPO

Think about items the ladies can actually use throughout the weekend. We provided everyone with matching pineapple sunglasses, cozies (filled with Underwood Rose, Wine in a Can), pink flamingo matches, folding fans, candy rings, custom Flash Tats, glow in the dark bracelets + necklaces, and a few other fun items.

DECORATE

Make things personal. We chose to have the Bride-To-Be's (BtB) nickname ("TROUBLE") incorporated into the decorations around the pool, custom flash tats, gifts, games, etc..

GAMES + GROUP VIBES

Many times not everyone in the group knows eachother, OR they may not know everyone well. A fun way to get your lady babes to bond is by creating a series of games/teams for the weekend festivities. We chose to have each unit in the Amado grouped as a team (assigning them all fun names of course), with games incorporated into the first night + the pool party the following day.

DRINK: Champagne Cheers (!!)

Fun Tip: Pre-make large grapefruit (or other juice) flavored ice cubes, top with bubbly. If you're really feeling fancy add fresh fruit to the ice cub trays before freezing.

EAT: Bar-B-Q

Meat + Veggie Skewers: Chicken, Steak, Bell Pepper, Onion, Pineapple, Zucchini, Cherry Tomatos, Mushrooms, etc.
Other: Corn on the Cob, Grilled Artichoke, Pasta Salad, Potato Salad, Asparagus, Polenta

GAMES

Lingerie Party: Have each guest bring a gift, wrapped anonymously, have the BtB guess who gave what. Each team is to choose how many gifts the BtB will choose correctly (i.e. We think the Bride-to-Be will pick 12 of the 16 gifts correctly?!!). Give points to each team based off who's guess was closest to the actual number the BtB got right.
Interview the Groom: Ask a series of question that are personal to the couple. Each team is to guess how many guesses the BtB will answer correctly based off the grooms response. To make the game even more personal, we interviewed the groom on video and were then able to play back his responses. We would ask the BtB the question, let her respond, and then play the Grooms actual response.

Late Night: Pool Party!!!

Fun Tip: Bring glow sticks (necklaces and bracelets). Bc I mean. Pool Party.

LATE NIGHT EATS: There is a good chance you will be far too busy having the time of your life to even think about making dinner or trying to get ready for an evening on the town. We ordered pizzas the morning of the pool party (Domino's) and scheduled an evening delivery, trying to anticipate everyone's hunger level towards the end of the pool party.

DAY TWO: THE DAY OF REST + AN EVE OUT ON THE TOWN

DRINK: Bloody Mary/Maria

EAT: Quiche, Bagels, Cream Cheese, Fruit
BACH TIP: Make the quiche ahead of time so all you need to do is throw them in the oven (to reheat) the morning of.
